- This is Watford’s first pre-season friendly match.
- This is Ajax’s 4th pre-season friendly match.
- Most of the starting players will be substituted after 45-50 minutes.
- There is a very little chance of a player playing more than 55 minutes. Do not invest heavily on defenders.
- The African and South American players for both sides who played in AFCON and Copa America are not expected to feature prominently in this match.
- Ajax will be favourites to win this match because: 1) They have already played 3 pre-season friendlies and are in sharper physical condition, 2) They are the home side for this match, 3) They have better quality players in their side.
